I would not recommend going the doctor route..It will just end up with you taking many medications for years to come. You might find some relief from the medications, but at the cost of your future health and your pocketbook.
I have been where you are. Can't sleep because right when I get to that point that I know I am going to fall asleep, I think of some stupid thing that makes me mad, or something that I need to get done, etc... And then the mind just keeps going. Even though my body is totally drained, my mind seems to be wide awake with ridiculous thoughts.
You definitely have an imbalance in your body of which the causes could be numerous.
The best thing you can do is the most simple. Eat correctly and exercise. I know this sounds too simple to correct your problem, but it can work.
I spent years of misery figuring out what worked for me. I won't go into the details as I have tried some far out stuff. Nearly all of the things I tried did not work and just made me more depressed, thinking that nothing will ever work.
I can only tell you what worked for me. It certainly does not mean it will work for you. I started doing something called 'oil pulling" and I started taking a supplement from HealthForce Nutrition called Vitamineral Green. I am certainly not selling or endorsing these products/methods in any way. I am simply telling you what worked for me. You can go to oilpulling.com to learn about that. It sounds crazy and probably is, but it seems to work for me. I was so bad at one point that if someone told me that standing on my head in a bucket of ice would cure me, I may have tried it. Not saying I am gullible, just saying that I was at a point where I would absolutely try anything to get better.
I would also recommend you go to Curezone.com and search your symptoms. It is not a site that sells anything. It is real people posting their symptoms and cures.
Hope you get better.
Wish you the best of luck.
Take care.
just tell your dr he cant help you if he dosent know
omg, dont listen to that first idiot. it might be depression or anxiety. it could be stress too. and dont worry about bringing it up with your doctor. it will be fine, just tell them how you have been feeling and they will probably ask you some questions. the quicker you bring it up, the quicker you will feel better : )
Don't listen to that jackal idiot
And you just tell your doctor whats going on and he might prescribe you something that can help
