My Friend has agoraphobia emetophobia and social failure..?

Question:
my daughter is 14. when she was 9-10 she used to be very social had hardly any health prblems. when she was 10 she suffered a loss of a ParRent. she's now 14 and she never goes out with friends. she has agoraphobia (fear of crowds), always sits at the back of the buses and can't go in shop changing rooms. i believe it's ruining her live. she misses school and has had truancy officer round and has been threatened with court. In 2 wks she has school and is dreading it (she previously got sent to a temporary school to help her back into mainstreaem shool.)
She can't sit with anybody behind her and is a bit overweight, only slightly (not noticeable by looking at her.)
She also has acne due to lack of outdoors. air. I dont know what to do. She also has OCD and emetophobia (fear of being sick) and she feels sick when she goes outside or in crowded places or anywhere new where there isn't a bathroom. She has cognitive behaviour therapy but that has finished
Help me help her please.. xx

Answers:
Just talk to her and try make a plan step by step to control her life back to normal .
I, too have emetophobia and feel extremely nauseous only when vomiting would be in a public situation w/ no bathroom for 20 years I was in and out of gastro specialist offices with complaints of nausea thinking something was wrong when it was just fear. She'll suffer forever just like me!!!
Well, I am going to offer an unconventional treatment plan, and this may only be partial. She is punishing herself, though she may not realize it. In general we can not ignore problems, but I think we need to focus on the peripheral things, and let her work out the problems in her heart. So she needs to be encouraged in exercise and proper diet. Learning and study will not make a person successful in life, but being health and a little bit wise will make a person successful in life.

You see if you focus on how complicated her psychology is then you will worry, and she may subconsciously be attracted to other people worring about her, on top of that she is punishing herself with these psychological problems. So she must get a lot of exercise and proper diet, and be encouraged in sports or walking or things like that. becomming healthier she will also mature, and in maturing she will work through her problems. Love is important but that will come.

(I am working on a new diet theory, to regulate body energy levels throughout the day, but I haven't fully tested it yet on myself.)
