Question:
Answers:
I need to go have a drink!!
waking up... and realizing you have to get through yet another day.
It's different for everyone really. My worst time is at night as i'm alone and the world is dark and quiet.
When I am alone and have time to dwell on things.
i'm bipolar so it just depends on what day you ask me. i flip flop a lot and especially when it rains. you dont even want to talk to me then.. :)
the details you added - you know alcohol is a depressant right? it lifts you up temporarily but as soon its not in your system anymore you crash. its terrible and i highly recommend quitting. i drank daily for 7 years and ive been completely sober 15 months and i promise you that a lot of things will get better if you simply stop the drinking.
nobody says you have pound down the whiskey in order to have a problem. drinking problems are subjective. it might only take a few for it to interfere with your life whereas it might take a gallon for it to infere with someone elses. i'm not trying to lecture you, but believe me, if you really dont think alcohol is making things worse for you, then just stop for a few months and see how you feel then. i cant diagnose you, but i can tell you from experience that lifestyle changes are the first and best step to dealing with depression.
did you know that one of the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous was named Bill?? irony at its best if you ask me..
I LOVE YOU ALL!
LIFE IS GOOD! :)
