Help from anyones [especially teachers;please state if ur teacher]?
Question:
I suffer with depression.Ive recently stood upto it and faced it head on with the help of people around me.
It was my teacher who originally made me realise i needed help when she told me one day she was worried about me because i seemed unhappy. i told her how i felt. Since then she has always had her door open for me if i just needed to talk and she helped me to get help from professionals. I want to thank her, i know gettin help for me is part of her job but i still want her to know i appreciate it. I want to get her a card but am unsure of what to write in it? what should i put? I just need some ideas. a way of putting my feelings into words. thankyou x
Answers:
Just choose a nice card and write what you really feel and think about her being near you all that time,I'm sure she'll appreciate it, no need to sophisticate things the best way to the heart is always the simplest way
I really like your question!
I am a teacher, and I like it that you want to say thank you to your teacher.
Just tell her how you feel. That could be as simple as saying, "I really appreciate the way you helped me. It means a lot to me." Or you could tell her whatever is on your mind. It can be short or long. She will appreciate it no matter what.
This is a very nice gesture.
"Dear Mrs. _____
I just wanted to let you know how much your help has meant to me this year. You have gone above and beyond to help me, and I really appreicate it. You have made a huge difference in my life.
Thank you for your kindness and for your support.
Sincerely,
(student)"
Thanks for showing me the truth, the light, the way to happiness. Words cant express what your help has done to brighten my future. Thanks for helping me find the desire to show you thanks for helping me. Good luck
I think what you've just said is the most eloquent thing you could say. For her to know that her actions have made such an impact on you and how grateful you feel is all that needs to be communicated. And while I didn't teach in HS, I used to teach in university.
