How to improve my brain, IM trying to get work done, but my brain is like slacking..?

Know how you feel!

1) Stay hydrated - not just with water, but tea and juice too.

2) Remember what your aiming for. This helps you stay motivated to reach your target.

3) The right background music - not too loud or fast - can stimulate your brain into action and stop other things distracting you.

4) Make sure you do the work during *dedicated time* ~ time when you're not allowed to do anything else (no emailing, telephoning, YouQA.com ing etc)

5) Only have a list of three things for your "Must-Do" list everyday. Breaking down your work schedule means you actually feel like your getting somewhere and it saves so much brain ache too.

I do night work so i get up walk around for 2 minutes get the blood ciculating in your body.
Then rub your fingers down your ear lobe from top to bottom about 5 - 8 times both at the same time gently.

i have ocd and lately i have been really paranoid what could this mean?


Take a "brain break." Go somewhere quiet, close your eyes, and think about a pleasant place. Then try continuing the task you were doing before your break. If you are still having trouble, put it aside, and come back to it in a couple hours or so.

how can i put someone to sleep...?


maybe you have add adhd or something or a learning disability you should get it checked out or you are just being lazy idk but just turn everything off but the lights and sit down and do it

How can addiction to alcohol and drugs alter your appearance?


well i know u have tons of brain but u can only prove it when u use them..it is better if u sleep early get early do some physical and mental exercises...try to solve some puzzles and all...try getting into learning something related to music like playing guitar or something else it will refresh u as well as u will get some mental exercises and ur brain will allthe more function better...

If you were able to erase a bad memory, which memory would it be? And why?


Perhaps you need a vacation or a mental health day.
Sometimes are brains just need a break. No reason why, they just need a rest.

I believe mental health days are the best solution to this problem. Pick a day with nice weather and get outside for a little.
