Question:
In May, I did something wrong at the YMCA, they told me not to do that again. I agreed! Then the next day they called and said, 'They are not allowing me to use the YMCA's in the local area, till I can prove I would not do it again.' Since then I have been either have some kind of anxiety or sadness, to the point I would cry or try to e-mail the YMCA director to change there mine. The crying part has gotten worse, I stop pretty much trying to e-mail the YMCA. One day last week before I seen the doctor, I was listening to classic rock music and all of a sudden I needed to cry for no reason, I stopped the music and cried for 5 mins., that really felt weird. I wonder when I would again be allowed to go back to the YMCA, could the depression go away?
Answers:
You will always find things like this through life, and it is best to learn to move on. Find somewhere else to go to occupy your time, you will soon forget about the YMCA.
While the depression would most likely go away if you were allowed back in, it is best to try to solve the depression yourself by finding activities that you enjoy outside the YMCA.
Probably. If you were socializing and exercising there, it probably is depressing not to go there.
MSG can cause depression. There is a lot of MSG in junk food. Try to eliminate MSG from your food. And then try to taper off your drugs if your doctor will let you. See if that helps.
