Im having trouble with finding myself...?

Question:
I really want to be myself, but I always feel that people look down on me... So I dress (and sometimes act) totally different than who I am.

I know that its not the right thing to do, and that I should be myself, but its hard for me. Any advice?

Answers:
Get in every ones snooty little faces. If someone starts to look at you with judging eyes get right in there face and ask what the problem is. I live in one of those places where everyone has there nose in the air and looks down on anyone who's different. After being judged for a long time and feeling the same way you do something just.happened.I decided I was not going to let people get by with it anymore. I'm still myself I'm just tougher about it. Life is to short to let other people make you feel bad about yourself. When someone does that put it back in there face.

I'm not saying go out and look for a fight. Avoid fighting but call out anyone is obviously being a "B^tch"..of course some people may need that lesson to get the message across.
i used to have this problem and the way i had to start looking at life is "what you eat dont make me ****"
its ok to look up to some1 but u should also find what u like nd what is comfortable 4 u
look in the mirror you will see yourself(J/k)write your goal and when you will achieve it.
been there, and i agree that it's tough. but, i'll say this: you are the only one who has to answer for you in this life and the next. if you get arrested, who will take the rap? you. if you succeed at your wildest dreams, who will have done all the hard work? you. when you die, who will answer for the way you lived and the choices you made? you. therefore, your opinion of yourself takes priority over all others. the opinions of those we love are important, yes, but even if it goes against the crowd, you have to do what jives with your heart.

and remember, following your own heart, even in the face of adversity, is the only path to happiness and peace.
Actually, I don't want to be myself. I often wish I never existed.
