Messed up psychology? :(?

So i dont know whats hapening to me, though this is not sudden, i find myself highly unstable at my most reproductive age probably. i feel threatened by everything and everyone, feel like im being competed against, badmouthed about, and what have u. also, extremely conscious , even jealous smtimes of things that make no sense. ppl are startin to say im getin too agressive and cold hearted..anyone ever experience smthing like this??

It could be hormonal, could be depression... it could be a lot of different things. You need to talk to a doctor to really find out what is going on. That's the only way to know for sure. It's important that you feel ok, and if that means getting medication or just talking it out, that's ok... This happens to a lot of people and most people go through periods like what you described at least once in their life. Care enough about yourself to get help though. You deserve to feel ok. The longer you put it off, the worse it could get. I wish you the best (from someone who has gone through what you described.)
Maybe stress or anxiety or depression seen a doctor talk your parents
Most definitely talk to a therapist or psychiatrist. It must be uncomfortable having these thoughts occur.
