Just calm down and don't worry about it just try and concentrate on something you like for example watching TV, eat something you like but not to fast, or just do something your good , or the other option is to ask a doctor?
talk to your school counsler maybe he/she can refer you to someone maybe free therapy sessions...
my advice is take it one step at a time try to get your mind off of this puking thoughts and do something you like!
my friend's sister has that too. but i don't know how bad hers is. she only gets scared when she's sick and stays up all night trying not to puke and gets really scared.
i think that the only thing that will help is if, in a time in your life that you feel less anxious, you need to go to the bathroom and make yourself throw up and then see that it is not that bad at all. it's just slightly annoying because it makes your mouth taste bad. you NEED to face your fears. get used to throwing up. you should make yourself throw up like once a month or something and then you will get used to it. it's worth doing this, instead of having it ruin your life. you have to be brave.
I'm so sorry for you! That sounds horrible to go through. I worked in the field and I'm also bipolar so I can relate to the anxiety. It sounds to me like your meds aren't working! Maybe the doctor needs to up the dosage or change you to something else.I don't think therapy is enough. You need to see a psychiatrist if you are not already. Hang in there!
I have this exact problem and i have been going to a therapist and i am taking zolfot too. I would say find a new therapist and ask the doctor if you can change you medication. But for now if you are nauseted take tums and if you start to freack out breath deep a couple of times. It will slow your heart rate and help you think better. Wish you the best!!
