Suicide thoughts?
Question:
Answers:
Okay. Go to school, get an education.the wiser you become, the easier it will be to deal with life. We all write our own life stories. YOU have the pencil. If you dont like something about your life, change it because you can. Dont give up on it. Success, and happiness is up to you. Its in your grasp. Work for it. Then give back; have children and bond with THEM one day. Life is beautiful and hopefully you see that one day. Just open your mind to learning more about it.
In the meantime, get help. Even if it's just from a true friend...just get it. Coming here on yahoo was the first step :)
good luck

sounds like you need some alone time. take it easy the next few days
if you're thinking of suicide, don't do it, just postpone it.
you should get help. Depression is a cushion that prevents a person from going through the act of suicide, yet they can't function as a normal individual in society. Be checked out for depression. There are tons of sites and support groups, but only one on one counseling can address your personal issues. Not every person's problem is the same. good luck!
The suicidal thoughts, the feelings of guilt about putting your close ones out, those are classic signs that you may be depressed. You may feel guilty, but remember that your problems are important too, and you're not always in control of your problems, so why shouldn't you share them with those close to you? If you don't talk to someone and work out your problems, they'll just get worse and worse, and eventually they'll hurt your life and the lives of those around you. So take a deep breath and go to a close friend or approach your parents. Maybe you need to see a doctor about it, maybe some therapy or medication. In the meantime, try to keep yourself healthy, eat well, exercise, and make sure you still spend time with your friends even if you don't feel up to it... these things are enough to shake someone out of a mild depression.
If you ever feel like you do want to kill yourself, no matter what, tell your parents and get medical help.
Calm down and surround yourself with people you can trust. Find something your passionate about and persue it. Good luck.
you have to learn how to find your purpose. read "The Alchemist" by Paolo Cuehlo. Inspirational reading always helped me. so did writing in my diary. Going to a counselor or a psychologist might also help. If you need a hug, e-mail me (hotarunogirl@yahoo.com)
You should go to your doctor so he/she could refer you to a counselor. Please see them asap. Take care everything will be okay
I understand exactly where you are coming from because I feel like that almost every day. I think that you need to seek counsel. You may be bipolar or have some other type of mental disorder. I am bipolar. What I find that help me out is to keep a journal and write down everything that I feel so that I will not do anything to harm myself or others. They have suicide hotlines that you can call and you can contact me also if you would like. I am more than happy to listen and relate to you because I know how you feel. Just let me know what you want to do. You can contact me thru my email or yahoo messenger. My screenname is missyummy1986.
All the above answers are good. Please go to a school counselor if no one else can help. Please do not harm yourself - it will bring great and everlasting pain to so many people who care for you, even if you don't know it. Don't worry about putting pressure on your friends - just think how much it would hurt them if you killed yourself and they thought there was something they should have done to prevent it.
Consider talking to a doctor who will make recommendations. You may be depressed.
You can also call a help line. They listen and do not judge.
Your expectations are conflicting with what you think is happening to you.
More than likely you are thinking of problems that you think you can not solve and just would like to be rid of them. Sometimes it seems nice just to drift off and not have to deal with them.
But then, you would really have to not breath again. Not gonna happen!

This is not an uncommon feeling in this culture. Most of us would have a problem consulting with relatives and friends about having feelings of not want ing to live. That's why there are counselors and therapists. Often times our friends and family don't know how to respond to our feelings and they become hurt and scared and respond in a way that can make us feel worse. There a hot lines that are set up to help to deal with the feelings you are having. If that doesn't help there are mental health clinics that help with the financial and can get you in right away. Often times it just takes a few visits to get yourself going again and to feel good. The most important thing is to find a counselor and talk about the feelings that you are having. Just talking can help. When we keep everything inside it just grows bigger and becomes a vicious cycle. We are social animals and we need to talk to learn more about ourselves. Depression usually means that we aren't feeling good about who we are. Counselors are trained to help us learn about who we are and how to feel good about our selves. Sometimes they suggest medications that can help. There are all kinds of new medications that can work and help us through the tough times. In any case I know that this can be a positive experience. It is important to remember if you don't relate to the counselor you look for one that you do relate too. Don't try to take care of this yourself you need someone else that can listen that isn't emotionally invested in your welfare. That can stay neutral and give you the tools you needs to help yourself.
