Answers:
Yes, this is depression, I personally, have in the past been depressed. My best suggestion is Zoloft. It is not an over the counter drug It must be a perception
Wow! You're WAY too young to be feeling like that! Go out tonight and party hard! That should cheer you up!
i really feel for you and understand.....its horrible to feel low.....if you wud like a chat feel free to email me......if not try to be strong matey things wil improve...
Go see a therapist or learn how to express your feelings to your husband or friend.

This is a really serious issue, you need to talk it out, or it'll eat you up
Read the Holy Bible. You need God in your life. I t works.
I am 21 too and I feel the same way sometimes but my marriage is falling apart, my cat just died, I hate my job and I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place. I have gained 30 lbs since I was married and I hate the way I look too.I have 3 friends who have their own problems, my husband wont talk to me or TRY and help me he only calls me names and degrades me..I watch soap opera's they make me feel better. Atleast my life isnt as screwed up as theirs. look no matter how bad you feel or how bad your life is their is someone out there who has it worse! I promise. try and find something to try and take your mind off of it. go on a diet go to the gym do something. I feel like crap too but life goes on. do something, anything.
You're depress and need professional help. Get it!!
Smile.maybe your just unbalanced...Gainng weight sucks but it is a sign of depression along with being tired.do something that will make you happy.maybe go join a work out gym and make yourself go everyday and maybe your hubby to go with you so you will be motivated. I would also make a apointment to talk to your doctor about possibly going on a anti depressent. Some people just are lacking something that the pills can actually help..walk your dogs.a hour each day...? I am glad your hubby is being so supportive. Dont get mad at him about his advice but he is only tring to help you. I hope some of this helps!!
You really do seem depressed. Do these feelings come and go?
You should definitely see an M.D. .There could be a physical cause to these feelings. Autoimmune disease , hormones, thyroid problems should be ruled out.

There is help available, you are probably feeling to overwhelmed to seek it though. If you don't like the idea of seeing a psychologist, a regular doctor would be able to prescribe medicine for you if needed.

You are probably angry about the weight gain too, and don't know what to do. Nobody likes the way they look anymore because every compares themselves to celebrities. Just do something that makes you fell good, and don't worry about others. It is your life not theirs!

If you are not working, you might consider getting a part time job you would enjoy. Work in a dog grooming place since you like and already have dogs. Then you will have people to talk to and something in common to talk about as well.
Dear Depressed:

Please know that all is not as bad as it seems. Life has a way of working out the problems and frustrations we feel and there are times in our lives that we all feel down. Just know that there are so many things to be grateful for and life is a precious gift. We each have to choose how we live it, we each have to make the choice to be happy. It's not that other people or things can make our happiness for us. We have to reach inside and find the things that make us special.

I too gained a lot of weight over the years due to health problems and many times I could have felt down about what I've been given. Yet, I choose to be happy and to go forward with each day. There are times when we need someone to talk to, maybe a pastor, a friend, a mother or father, brother or sister. Sometimes it helps to keep a journal and write down your feelings and what you would like to accomplish. If you are feeling too low to the point that you don't feel you can go on, please contact your healthcare provider and discuss these issues with him/her.

In marriage, there is a lot of give and take and so many people feel overwhelmed. Just know that it takes time to get adjusted to this life you and your husband are making together. Be good to each other.

As far as the way you look, we all change. You can work on the weight issue. Look inside yourself and think about all the people that love you. Find the beauty in yourself and don't care what anyone else says. There is always something that is special about each of us. I am 44 years old and believe me there are a number of things I would like to change and many things that I have learned to accept.

I too have a love of animals, especially dogs. I find so much happiness in the unconditional love they provide. Just look outside your window at what God has given us. Know that no matter what, you are special. Keep in mind that sometimes we need help from others to get through a difficult time in our lives. Talk with your family doctor and explain to him/her what you are feeling, as you may have some health issues that need to be addressed.

I wish you luck.
