You can't control them. It's impossible unless you overmedicate them and make them zombies. They are completely out of control. Everything is "I want, I want" and they cannot be satisfied or calmed down. They actions are very similar to wild animals. Reform School is the best solution once they reach the age of 8. They are a danger to themselves and others. That's been my experience.

First try taking him (or her) to a nutritionalist - see if there are any allergies and/or nutritional deficiencies. Look at the child's diet - how much sugar and processed (junk) foods is the child eating? Remove the sugar and handle any allergies and I bet you will have a very well behaved child - without medication!
