Is 8 hours of sleep gonna make me sleepy the next day if I am only 14?

I am also 14 and everyone has there own required sleeping hours. I my self can go between 7 to 11 hours of sleep and can make it throgh a day but you might still get a bit tired through out the day.
I think infants need over 12 hours of sleep, children need 10 hours of sleep, teenagers need 8-10 hours of sleep, and adults only need 6 hours of sleep... you shouldn't be so tired if you consistently sleep eight hours, but it's okay to sleep more everybody's body is different
it should not be a problem look at me i pull all nighters all the time. you might have some side effects like looking like a mummy when you wake up but that is normal for and kid. if it is a school night i would suggest you not but if it is the week end stay up till you hear the rosters. bye bye

When I was you age i slept 10-12 hours. You need that rest. Listen to your body try to find it's rhythym. If you feel you need that much sleep now, you do. As you get older you'll require less, but, at your age you should be sleeping alot. It's not harmful.
it's not THAT bad i mean im 14 and i sleep 7 hours a day and im fine. but you should really aim for 9 hours though. im trying to catch up to my sleep during the summer XP
