Past life memories - serious problem!?
Question:

Some times people with mental instabilities can have like these visions. It's hard to really explain. Are you seeing a therapist for these problems? If not, you might want to. They help out a lot. I used to have some strange problems that I'd rather not bring back out into view and my therspist helped me through everything. Now, even though I still have some flashbacks and emotional breakdowns, I remember the techniques she showed me and then I can calm down.
The past life visions.are you seeing yourself, like and out of body experience, or are you in your body doing things? I have had experiences like that before, even a past life one through a dream. It is possible that something happened to you in your life now, or even in a past life that is causing problems. There are some things that might help resolve what is built up in your mind. Some doctors have been known to hypnotize a patient and then work with the problems of your past self.
Hope that helps a little
I'm not sure what the problem is. Daydreaming, talking to oneself is normal. anxiety and panic attacks is a normal behaviour for what you've come to deal with. If you aren't you may need to be on medication to help with your panic attacks. Your daydreaming is a way for your to escape reality for a short time and relaxe yourself. If it bothers you that you day dream try taking 15minutes out of your daily routine, sit in a quiet room close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing and open your mind. meditation can help alot.
daydreaming is normal, but like me, you do it a lot. it doesnt mean you have a mental disorder. you dont like what is going on currently going on in your life, so you pretend you live another life. as for deja vu, that is normal. everyone experiences it. its not a brain disorder. its a little trick your mind plays on you. i get it all the time. that has nothing to do with your problems. anyway, maybe the daydreams are terrifying is because they are not dreams, but just scenarios you come up with in your head. i have OCD (look it up), it overlaps with anxiety etc. most people with ocd will create scenarios in their heads even though what they are thinking about doesnt make sense. trust me, maybe you are depressed and have anxiety, but you do not have any mental prblems worse than those. i think you are exaggerating what is going on with you. good luck.
