I have a big problem with vicodin how on earth can i keep my mind off that stuff without rehab?

I cant help but to go to the emergency rooms whenever i have a problem recently my crown cracked and got some vicodin and i just keep cont. going back to it its so frustrating.

You can't apparently do without it, so go to rehab.
they tried to make you go to rehab but you said no no no
Invest time and effort into a pain management clinic.
You have to decide that you really want to quit first. If you really, really wanted to quit you would do anything it took including going to rehab.
