well they cut off my insurance.and i cant afford to pay the price there asking.i need one despretly.i live in new orleans and i cant seem to find one that takes united health care... iv called over 20 and i dont no what to do...if anyone lives in the new orleans metairie area or if anyone nows a way to find one.i need someone whos ither not to expensive or is on my insurance please some help

I would go to the hospital that takes my insurance and ask at their mental health center which doctor take the kind of insurance that you have or if you don't have a mental health center there call your insurance company and ask them for a list of the psychiatrist and psychologist who do take your insuracne they should have list of doctors who are part of their plan. Call your insurance company and ask them if they have a list of doctors on your insurance. Then start calling those. Good luck though because one time I had to find one (I had a different insurance than you) and a lot of the doctors on the list weren't seeing new patients or only patients with drug addictions, etc.
