WTH happened?
Question:
Answers:
Take a deep, deep breath. Take a few, actually. Lie down and close your eyes, and try and visualize exactly what happened. Go over every instant in your head, and try and find a logical explanation.
If you can't, go to sleep, and try to re-analyze it tomorrow.
I know the feeling of overwhelming confusion and terror- often I have these horrible bouts of deja vu where everything seems to be spinning around at hyperspeed.
It could be that you had just a wonky day. It could be that you haven't eaten enough today, which has affected your perceptiveness, alertness, and memory. It could be that you are simply hypersensitive. Try and explain what happened to your parents or to a very close friend- with your eyes closed. It sounds crazy, but it will make you feel more like the person will understand and will also help you focus on the visual and mental details.
If you think you are actually having a problem, see a specialist.
My guess is that you are just a bit out of it today. Remember, everything has a logical and scientific explanation. Don't stress out too much about this.
was this a dream or did it really happened!! because if it did wth did happen that's a little freaky!!
lol he druged u
You probably blacked out.
what were you drinking?
Sounds like a seizure. No memory with a seizure is common.
Are you taking any meds? Some meds will do that.
I don't think I'd wait very long to see a dr. Honest, I don't know what it is, but it freaks me a bit, too. I've had memory lapses with sleeping pills, and my mil has it with mental illness, but yours sounds to me more like something neurological. That's where I would start.
Don't let it get to you. Calm down. Nothing's going to happen again before you can see the dr.

Maybe you experienced "Runner's High" ---
People who exercise a lot or for long periods of time tend to somehow get "outside themselves" due to chemical changes in the body.
The body continue on while the conscious mind checks out.
Don't worry too much about it...maybe it was just 'meant to be' that you would be sitting with your friend on the other side of the Mall.
Peace!
Were you drinking anything that you set down that could have been drugged or did you pass out, maybe you should try calling this guy to see if what his side of the story is...
I don't know if this is what happened to you, but I know that I get a feeling sometimes that can best be described to my brain resetting. A clean slate, if you will.
It happened to me a few days ago, I was at my boyfriends house. It seemed like first we were fooling around making Miis, and then I blinked and we were on his couch snuggling.
I don't think it's anything to be worried about, it could just be that you were just completely in the moment, living your life, and then were jolted back to paying more attention.
