What I do is... well, probably not smart, and you're going to have quite a rough day...

One day, before school starts, sleep in as long as you want (say, to midday or whatever), then get up like usual. The catch here is that you can't go to bed when you normally do - stay up through the night and into the next day. Resist the urge to nap! If you must, drink caffeine, exercise, anything to keep you awake.

You should be so utterly exhausted you'll crash at about 8 or 9 PM or something. Get a good night's sleep and get up at about nine in the morning. Go through the day like normal, go to bed when you're tired (which should be a reasonable time), get up at 8 AM the next day. No snooze button! It'll be a rough few days, but it should give your sleeping patterns a bit of a shake.

Good luck!
wake up early (7-8) go 2 bed early (9-10)

dont worry ul b exhausted after a couple of early mornings that sleep will come easy
go to a drug store like and buy some melatonin its natural because thats what your bady makes and it helps you get into a regular sleep patern and you only need it for a max of like a week so you shouldn't get dependent on it
deeng! i have the same problem!! well yeknoee i was thinking maybe like 2 or 3 weeks before school starts, imma try sleeping early, or if i really cant sleep then maybe just wake up the same time i use to before, then maybe at night i'll be tired and i'll be able to sleep early! =D hope it works for you!
aww, its the same thing with me! its sucks! anyway, when yo got to bed tonight, go at like 9. and if you dont feel like sleeping...read a book. if that doens't work just continue. i once had to read a book for 3 hours before it helped.
gd luck!
force urself to get up early by clock or someone else then u will be tired and go to be early and get in pattern that or sleep in school
get up at 8 everyday from now on... AND NO NAPS!!!

yes, you're going to feel like crap tomorrow (no snooze bar) but it will make you in a day or two HAVE to go to sleep around 12ish.
LOL. Well, for 90% of my summer so far, me and my best friend go to sleep at 11 AM, wake up at 9 PM, and the such. What we're trying to do is stay up until 9-10 PM the next night and wake up around 8 AM-9 AM. The best thing to do is wake up at a decent hour (I have to get up at 5:30 AM when high school starts, so I dunno what time you need to do). which would be the hour around you would normally get up to go to school. Then go to bed 8-9 hours before you have to get up again (probably around 9-PMish, I'm guessing).
See insomnia, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 3, and start going to bed 15 -30 mins earlier each day.
you have insomnia problem dude
probably this could help

the only matter it's just gonna cost you $47

so good luck with your sleep
ok well what u should do is start back from when u go to sleep now and go to sleep 30 mins earlier each night and wake up 30 mins earlier each day that way its not just one big jump.. so do that intill u get to a time where u feel like u can function...it works for me..good luck
I usually just stay up for 24 hours and then go to sleep when the normal bed time would be. Try this, it might be boring so make sure you have fun things to do.
