What is more recommended...being non-veg or veg in ones life?

Question:

Answers:
Whatever makes you happy and works for you.

do some serious research and make an informed decision.

give what you think will work a go, and if it doesnt then dont do it anymore.

also, smile!
Those sharp, pointy teeth in your mouth are called incisors and they are for tearing things like meat. We evolved into omnivores so eat meat and vegetables and be happy!
If you are able to do the work and make sure to get all the vitamins and protein that your body needs it is a good thing. Organic is the best if you can afford it, there is poison in all our foods. Meat isn't so bad when you seek out a farmer that grows his animals the right, clean humane way and buy from him. Also, eggs and milk that are grown naturally are good for you too. I think it's more and more that we are turning back, the problem is are there enough farmers left to feed us? So, in all things use wisdom and research before making any drastic changes. Good luck.
Being a vegetarian is the best one.
In general, vegetarian species have more lifetime than non vegetarians.
Man by nature vegetarian. it help easy to cook and quicker to digest with less possibilities of infection and diseases. It keep your On the top it give you sense of not hurting for the sake of eating.and lessen the cruelty in your nature
U can be anything if u can keep control. It is not a big prob to be either of one. Be that which makes u feel happy.... :)
whichever you prefer, both have benefits. but if you're going to switch from one to the other do it gradually and give your body time to adapt.
A balance of both is recommended.
This is a very subjective issue.

As long as you maintain a balanced diet including all or most food groups, there is nothing to suggest that non vegetarians are healthier than vegetarians or vice versa. There is nothing to show that predominantly non vegetarian people such as the Chinese & Japanese (who by the way, also include a lot of greens with their meat) are any less healthy than say traditional Indian vegetarian communities. Ditto Europeans.

Ultimately it is a matter of preference and what you enjoy, there can never be hard and fast rules in the matter of eating. Unless you are a strict adherent to an orthodox community with rigid rules governing eating habits.

Basically, you should eat what you enjoy, but in moderation, and try and reduce your intake of fried / sweet foods and increase your intake of fruits and salads. Couple that with 10 minutes of exercise each day, and you can expect to live a reasonably healthy life.

Our food affect our thoughts and ultimately our life.So if you want to be Peaceful, remain pure Vegetarian.
Being veg is better, if it is possible. If u stay in a cold country, vegetation may be less and u have to fill the diet with non-veg. In hot climates, vegetables and fruits are better.
