Buy L-theanine capsules at your health food store and see if they work for you. If so, see how much L-theanine you have to consume for it to work and then you can calculate the amount of green tea you would have to drink.
You can compare the strength of these capsules versus the amount in green tea to see what the ratio is. You might have to drink something like 10 cups to equal one capsule.
