I'm not understanding your question.
um...is there a question here?
hmmmmmmm... how how how!!
if you keep thinking of it then it will really on your mind...
so you must have help yourself from thinking of it.
Am I missing something here? I don't get the question. Are you worried about getting a good grade in your health class? I'm really stumped.
first of all don't worry about it
second you wont be the only girl in the class
i am a sophmore and going to take that class too
dont focuse on that
its uncomfortable for everyone
sooner that you no it it'll be over
I think they're going to teach you about it because you are at an age where it's normal to think about it. Unfortunately, that's the way our hormones work!
prayer...
it's normal to have these weird thought on your head. don't worry about it too much. what you need to do is just calm down, and let your mind relax. find a hobby that will keep your mind occupied for a while. can you guess mine? its a great one. XD or if you are an active person, you can go to the local park and excercise the thought away. try doing things on your spare time, and just think this: its all in your head... ^^
SENSIBLE, HELPFUL ANSWER: Use the technique for reprogramming negative thoughts, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 2.
Hi hun! you are alright! This Health class will just teach you about the human reproduction organs and how the body works. This information is very important to know. Really you will be ok! If it really bothers you, go see your school
conselor, he will be able to help ease your mind! If there are things you don't understand, talk to your teacher alone after class about it. I hope I answered your question! Really your going to do alright! hugs! Von
I take it that your thoughts have to do with something you'll be learning in the health class? Right?
If your having thoughts that you say are way over your head, maybe there is a adult that you feel comfortable talking to about it. Aunt, your mother.
If you don't what is going to happen in class when you get to that subject, you going to freak than.
try to do that before school starts.
Its very apparent you have been watching things an 11 year old girl isnt suppose to be watching.these thoughts youre having are a result of garbage in garbage out so now you have to find a way to solve your dilema. I suggest you talk to your mother.
I know exactly how you feel. Bad thought come into your mind. Just concentrate on other things. Stay busy and keep your mind out of the gutter.
Try to spend time with your family and friend. Try to be happy.
When those thoughts pop up, try to change the subject in your mind. Get busy doing something else and change your thoughts. You are, after all my powerful than your thoughts if you want to be. Don't let them beat you. You're the boss!
If you can't do this, you may have Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder and need counseling and meds.
Raging hormones. These thought will eventually start to fade. Until then find a hobby. Keep yourself mentally stimulated, try to keep your mind busy so you dont think about this as much.
its most likely OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder)...its when you have unwanted thoughts and you cant get them out of your head no matter how hard you try...i no how you feel it sucks..im 16 and i had ocd but i went to a doctor and was prescribed meds...talk to a family member about this if they dont already know....tell them that you cant get the thoughts out of your head and its really affecting you...you need to tell them because thats the only way you can get help....hopefully after you tell them they will take you to a doctor..its not a big deal going to a doctor for something like this because its a chemical imbalance and its just like going there for any other type of illness...you will probly get so meds and believe me you will feel so so so so much better....good luck to you!!!
