How can I accept myself, with all of my imperfections? I'm short, bald, getting a wrinkle on my forehead?

It is the inside that counts. If you are focusing on outward appearance then of course your mood is down and it is affecting the inside. Makes sence right? You cannot change your looks but you can change your attitude which will change your life.
The "now nothing" part comes from you being unhappy. If you don't like yourself then it's harder for others to like you. If you come off as a happy person and good to be around no one is gonna care about the lack of hair or the wrinkle on your forehead. Those that do care shouldn't matter to you.
each one of us has a body issue, I was molested/rape as a child , so I don't like my body, i find imperfections everywhere, but it gets a point in life that you realize what is really important and that people that like you, its because of your personality not you looks, I understand its hard and I'm still on the process of learning, with therapy but all the work has to be done by you and its best before you get in to a serious relationship which you bring all you baggage in , sometimes causing problems, I feel sometimes that I torture my husband because of all my issues, and for him whenever I say oh I look fat, or thing are sagging, he just stop me with my pity talk and let me know how beautifully I am, that's what really counts in life, so stop feeling sorry for yourself, I'm pretty sure that you have good qualities
How you think of yourself is affecting your personality already. Just like people say, if you don't love yourself, how could anybody love you as well? Now that you have been given this chance of finding your weakness, make it a chance to maturely grow and get the best from it. Why not try and doing something good to please yourself, and not just other people? Everybody has issues.
