Is there a place in portland oregon for mental health for free or cheap?

I am not doing well mentally. Its getting worse. I just need help. Can anyone help me find it.

Look in your phone book for a local Community Health office. You should have one there. If you cannot find one then call your local health department and they should be able to point you in the right direction. Good Luck
