This is a tough one. Some people will try to tell you that it's just anxiety or failing mental health. Others might see it as intuition or maybe a precognitive insight.
Any way you look at it it is affecting you in a negative way. I suggest you look into some meditation, it will calm the feeling of dread & help you to focus. I'm not trying to dismiss what's happening to you but you do need to get a handle on it so that you can deal with it or prepare for whatever is coming.
Above all, try to keep your head clear, ie no drugs or alchohol.
If the stress gets too much you may need to see a psycologist. Good luck to ya.
go see a doctor.
Try to get some medicine for anxiety. Remember , you're not in control of the world and thank goodness for that. What a burden that would be. You can only control what you can. Put the rest in God's hands. It sounds to me like you're having panic attacks. Ask your regular dr. to give you some medicine for them. I'm not a dr...I'm just familiar with panic attacks and anxiety.Good Luck. ...and do some relaxation exercises. Risperdol in small doses is helps anxiety and panic attacks.Ask your dr about it.
Is it possible that you are over imagining it? The brain is a powerful thing, did you know that whatever we do or done in the past day will be reflected upon while your asleep? I think your brain is not trying to throw any foresight into you, merely, going back to what had happen.
For example, one day you experienced death at first hand, after you have gone to bed your brain will go back on to what had happen. The next day you may unknowingly see into this as some other tragic events. People will deny this claim, for they do not look deeply into their thoughts.
Here's another thought, through days, months and years our brains, neurology may seem to have something to do with this, but there is no defect nor disorders, meaning your not crazy.
Our brains are very creative sometimes, we see things and we began to develops these intricate thoughts, it fogs our minds from the true answer. For example, people would be paranoid, as they are in an empty street, they may assume that there will be a car coming soon, fearful, you don't want to cross the street. Because your thinking that once you step in there a car will come out of know where and run you over.
Rest assure that these thoughts deal with our sub-conscious mind, half the time we aren't even completely awake while we think this way, and once we are concentrated on the idea, we intercept the thought, and we begin thinking about it as our sub-conscious would.
So to conclude what i'm saying, is that your over-reacting, you may think it's there, but paranoia is taking over you, rest assure nothing bad is going to happen, but if it does, i highly suggest you try to take some meditation lessons, do not take medication, that would be your last plan.
Goodluck, don't hurt yourself
