Go see a psychiatrist. They can get you on medication that will help you immensily. You wont lose the woman who loves you, and you will feel better almost immediatly.

ok i was the same and i went to my doctor and said i need some psychiatric help he was great and sent me to a mental health team, i spoke with a nurse and a doctor (psychiatrist) and i am now on medication for psychosis and mood stablisers hopefully soon..it sounds like u have depression so an anti depressent wud work for you, keep goin with them even if they make u feel funi or not the first few days.
wats so interestin is how bad it alll feels and suddenly wen u get help u realise why did i not get help in the first place cus its so easy and now i feel great. tell ur woman that u are getn help and u will be beta soon say it wil b hard but u need her with u thru these problems, my boyffriend was realy confused at first but stuck with me and now we are beta than ever.
please please go to ur doctors, wat more can u lose it realy wil help u and make sure u tel them about the hallucinations too, write it all down to help the doctor, they will appriciate it trust me

You have a choice to make your life seem bright and happy or to make it sad and dull. You always have a choice. Get a hobby, something that interests you. Get out more, see a movie, take a walk in the park, start an aerobics class, something to keep you preoccupied. You're thinking WAY TOO much about your life. Don't focus on the bad parts, think of the good parts, and don't say that there isn't any. If you're negative all the time then there will be NO GOOD parts. make yourself smile.
