??hello?? this is new... I am a guy
Hide the most pleasurable feelings in your body. You work, outside in the world, but home is in your mind. Trial and error, or duplications in solid separate pieces of wardrobe (Easily interchangeable), will start an equal love of people and self. I hope you don't really like everything about everybody.
Congratulations on the decision to take control of your life, that's a big step! :-)
I think you're going about it the right way, staying in and having 'me' time. I've always felt that you can't make the people around you happy if you're not happy, and this time is a time for you to reconnect with yourself. Reaching out to others in the same situation online is a great idea too. I wish you the best of luck!
Sounds like the social part of our life may be 1 reason your compelled to look thin. I to at one time had an eating disorder, the only thing that truly hepled me was learing that the Lord loves you no matter what you look like, and actually so does everyone else around you. Your true friends and family don't care whats on the outside. Well anyways, i read the Bible (king james version) and it saved my life!! Hope this is useful!!
good job....
Speaking as someone who has recovered (or at least, stopped letting it control me) from bullemia, i think your idea is good. But please be aware that you will have to return to 'normal' living one day, and coming from total relaxation back into the busy hectic world, may stress you and possibly cause you to revert back into your old habits or illness. Have you had any proffesional help for this?
