me too, so my dad is making me see a therapist, really, you should find a friend who you know you can talk to and trust, and call them. Its alot cheaper than a therapist and you'll grow closer to a friend! (Plus, most ppl feel this way when they havn't had a deep conversation with their close friends in a long time.)
i used to be the SAME exact way, until i got a therapist.

Been there... check into seeing a counselor or therapist. You don't necessarily need a doctor, just a professional who is paid to listen and input things from time to time to help you along the way.
Remember: whenever you need to talk to someone, you can always talk to the One who loves you more than anyone else ever could, because He is always there when you need Him. God understands what you're feeling; why not talk to Him about it?
And there are lots of people here who are more than willing to talk to and pray for you. (Including me!)

I can say I have been in those shoes too many times to count. I also understand how it feels to feel alone in that situation. if you would like to chat email me carla_39194@yahoo.com and maybe we can even do messenger if u wish. If you are not comfortable contacting me, I have always found journaling very helpful and church, you meet a lot of people you can trust and are super nice and God is always a key for me.
other things to do would be to try to change your surroundings, anything to get your mind of the stress..a walk, hot bubble bath, read a book. take time to take of yourself.
Life gets that way sometimes, you need to step out of the stress for a few days, rest, rest, rest. Rent movies with nothing but happy endings. Don't watch the news, or news shows, like 60 min or dateline. Eat comfort foods, take long hot baths, get a puppy, volenter for those less fortuneate. Remember good times you've had. Life can seem so bad one day, and the next day something will happen that turns it around. Never give up, just keep going until it gets better.
I don't know if therapy is the answer. Have you tried finding new friends, going out and meeting some new people? What about your family or significant other? Sounds like you need someone to go out and have some fun with to take your mind off of things.
If you aren't able to do that, just email some of the people who say they'll listen. I think therapy should be a costly last resort for you. Everyone just needs a friend they can trust and who will listen to them. A therapist can never take the place of that.

I more than understand how being emotionallt tired and itfeels as though all your energy was takenaway by all this.

If you have health insurance turn your insurance card over. On most of them there is a behavioural health 800 number. Call that and find a therapist near you in your insurance network. Most insurances will cover at least 10 sessions a year and if neccesary can just take one a month (which is my personal schedule even though my insurance covers unlimited) so you can have someone near year round
