it really depends on the pills, substance which is overdosed on. for example
paracetamol ...
Fatal - liver failure, SLOW death
Symptoms - sickness
substances like heroin, insulin ..
Fatal - death
Symptoms - sickness, sweating but feeling cold etc
the list could go on.
PLEASE - if he is feeling low and wanting to know about overdoses then please do the right thing by your friend and take him to talk to someone like a doctor or psychiatrist .He needs help.!!
