Is it better to sleep with some else than alone?

Question:

Answers:
Yes it's better to sleep with someone else (that you are involved with) because you feel more relaxed and comfortable and can sleep longer and feel more refreshed when you get up.

For example, before my fiance went to stay on campus at school we would spend every night together and the feel of him holding me and our body's up against each other was soothing but now that he's gone it's harder for us both to go to sleep and stay a sleep I'm constantly moving around and when I wake up I don't feel refreshed.
Better for what?
its certainly more stisfying.
I used to only be able to sleep alone or not cuddled up with my hubby. When he was holding on to me I never seemed to get a good night's sleep.

But after a while I got used to it and now I can sleep just fine either way
since this is in the mental health section, I'll assume you mean is it better for your mental health to sleep with someone.. I'd say that it probably is better.. I can't quote any research, but I think it's better.. assuming you're getting along with the other person..
it all depends on the personality of the person some may prefer alone or someone may like a sandwich at bedtime. But for me, its better to sleep with someone else because you feel much more comfortable and safe knowing that theres someone right beside you in bed. its much better and you get more comfort out of it.
hell no. i love my big bed sooooo much, my man sleeps on the sofa
