Lack of dreams and no sleep?

Question:
I've had problems with insomia for about a year now, I've also not had a dream in a long time. (Not one I can remember when I wake)

Are these two linked? Is my constant lack of healthy sleep interfering with my ability to dream?

Also, any tips for getting to bed better?

Thanks.

Good luck and Happy Dreams
not being able to remember a dream doesnt mean you havent slept... some people really do not remember a single dream when they wake up... its quite normal... you actually had a dream its just that when you wake up you just couldnt remember it...
try to meditate and relax your mind before going to bed... a warm milk perhaps or a glass of water...
You still dream, set an alarm for 3, 4, & 5 hrs if you want to remember them. See insomnia, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on page 3.
