Sometimes exercising really gets stress off of you. It may tire you, but it gets your mind on how good you feel. Also, if you take a little time out each week for yourself, you may be able to relax better when the really tough stuff comes around. Try having a night out with the guys to just hang out and play some pool. It really helps to relieve stress when you focus a little bit on what you want and not on what everyone else wants from you.

learn your triggers and try to find creative ways in dealing with it. somethings are beyond your control so why try to change or fix... some people will never change so don't let them effect YOU... what do they say... dont sweat the small stuff
