No dear it will not- however- you may wake up brain damaged for the rest of your life. Go call the suicide hotline and talk to someone to get help. Committing suicide may seem inviting at the moment, but its too permanent. It taked real courage at this point to go on and through whatever troubles you. There is plenty of help out there if you just pick up the phone.
It's possible that it could depending on your size and the type of pills taken. I wouldn't want you to try it. Seek help and look for reasons to live and ways to make your life happier.
