Help me please?? whats thios mean?

Question:
Ok hi,
My name is Anna and my sisters name is Sam and I am worried that sam is taking drugs because I was reading her IM conversations and she was talking to her friend and then she said she was tired then 5 mins later she said she was hyper. Then he said yea thats the affect, you are tired then the MD kicks in and you get hyper.
I know MD is not Mountain Dew so please dont say its mountain dew i am 100% sure its not.
My question is: Whats MD??
What can it do to you? IS it a drug? and can it kill you?

Answers:
I don't know what is Md however i do believe that if u love your sister and you have a close relationship with her just come right out and ask her is she getting high or not. when you do approach her please don't approach her in the manner of you judging her please ask in love and compassion.when she do give you a answer whether it be yes or no allowed her to be able to trust you in order for her to be able to confide in you.and please remember that whatever is her answer you need to accept that answer as the truth until you have any concrete evidence otherwise.just remember that either way you can't change the outcome.you can be there for her if and only when she ask for help.good luck.
It sounds like a drug and you should talk to your parents.
I think that it sounds suspicious. if I were you I would tell your parents or a trusted adult.
