Is something wrong with my mind?
Question:
Answers:
Sounds like you're a teenager. Unfortunately, you're own body's chemistry is causing you to freak out.
That being said, I agree that it is also lack of focus. Find something you are really interested and begin pursuing it with fervor. Play the guitar, ride a bike, go hiking, read exciting novels, play sports, do yard work, get a part-time jobs -- basically do something that allows you to focus on something other than yourself.
Any of us, especially teenagers, can find things wrong with ourselves or can become a bit paranoid etc. if all we're doing is sitting around trying to figure out what is wrong with us.
Why? Because you start with the premise that something IS wrong with you and continue your thinking from there. Find something to occupy your hands, muscles and body and your mind will follow. Believe it or not, acting first can often change you thinking.
Hop this helps.

You are what is known as a Hypercondriac, you want somethng to be wrong with you or frequently think you have some dreaded disease, or are going to get a dreaded disease. You constantly worry about getting something or having something and need professional help for this. Sometimes you do not even believe the books you read for cures, your mind plays tricks on you. I have read alot about this because I took Psych.
There is nothing wrong with your mind! It sounds like you are having panic attacks. Panic attacks strike when you least expect them to, and most of the time you don't know why. Make an appointment with your Dr. They have many different kinds of medications that will help! You are not schizoid! It's an anxiety problem. It can be treated!
anxiety disorder maybe or just anxiety problems
go see a doctor about it and say what you wrote on here
they should have the right medication for you
Sounds like you may have a touch of agoraphobia...Which is a panic disorder, I suffer from it...and holy crap does it make me crazy some times...A couple of weeks ago, I thought my there was something wrong with my galbladder, so I went to the doctors and had him do a couple of tests..I'm fine...But the problem is, you probably think to much. I keep myself busy...Cleaning, talking, sleeping, reading...Just stuff. And I don't like to hear/read about illnesses either, because then I somehow convince myself that I have it, like I thought I had that bird disease...I forgot what it's called...but...I fear illness, or some reason...Just keep yourself busy...that should chase the crazy, neurotic thoughts away...works for me.
