Stopped using Abilify couple of weeks ago,anyone else come off it?


Question:
I got taken off abilify a few weeks ago after about a year on it ,preceeded by a few years on olanzapine.
Am sleeping better and feel fine not on any meds,but occasionally miss popping a pill when I feel anxious.Anyone else come of such meds totally?Contact me if you have please.Thanks.

I was on Abilify and Seroquel. I stopped taking them and within a month or so i was psychotic again so if you are prone to psychosis and delusions etc, its probably best to stay on them
