if your mom has noticed a change in your behavior and you are unsure of your depression you should see someone. since you may need meds it is a good idea to start them as soon as possible because most of them take at least 4 wks to be effective. hope you feel better soon.
All people are different and i feel that alot of the time the differences in people can be classified as illness when we are all just different.

I think you should try and focus on the things in life that make you happy and just forget about the things that make you sad.

If you truly want to be happy make a firm decision in your mind to be so, dont underestimate the power of the mind, if you will it, it can be so!

Also, i would try and look towards your diet, many things like toxins and chemicals can cloud our mind and influence our thoughts, try and eat more raw and whole foods instead of processed and packaged things.

Feeling better physically can do a lot towards helping you feel better mentally.

Last of all just remember that while you are alive, while theres is still some energy left in you, there is always hope for change, and hope for a better future.
