Can you experience a fever from zoloft withdrawal.?

Question:
Is it possible to get a fever during withdrawal from zoloft? I have read a lot of other symptoms of withdrawal from zoloft online, but haven't seen fever anywhere.

Answers:
When withdarawing from antidepressants, your serotonin, dopamine, etc levels are readjusting in your system. These are neurochemicals whick can ultimately affect almost anything in our bodies (thru chain reactions or directly).

Fever may not be listed as a side effect, but you could also be in the <1% who DO experience this but just don 't make the literature that is published by the drug companies.
Yes it is possible. Rare, but it can happen. The more common symptoms are flu like aches and pains, headaches, and the chills. Keep tabs on it and if it does not go away in 48 hours consult your doctor.

PS> Never go off Zoloft with the help of a doctor

Listed on PI. Very, very rare. Should go away.
