As the Carly Simon song says: "Try on a new attitude!" I don't mean to sound callous, believe me I have been there!
you need to find a new hobby. something to make your life more exciting! what do you like? what do you like to do? you don't need to go on vacation and spend money. go to the mountains and see the beauty of nature. spend time outdoors. i hope all the best for you! (: peace
Go out to a bar and drink about 10 vodka and red bulls... Your night will be memorable, if you can remember what happened.
Take a day trip that does not cost any money. Go for a walk around water. Visit the mountains. Find cheap ways to get out of the house without spending money.
Get outside yourself and your own head. The best way to forget about your own problems is to serve others. A soup kitchen, a homeless shelter, a library, an animal shelter, the hospital... any of these places are good ones to start at. There will be people at each that will need and appreciate your help. You don't even need special skills.
You will be amazed how good being important to someone else will feel!
Welcome to my world. (kidding). Start a new hobby and give your first works to a loved one.

I would read a good book, take a class on something (library offers some free classes), or even volunteer your time!! I'm looking into volunteering at a food depository or even a homeless shelter.
