How can I stop this?
Question:
I see a psychiatrist & a counselor & take Luvox medication. I know this scenario is very strange.
Answers:
No, your scenario is not strange. Instrusive thoughts are more common than thought. Why not try journaling? Use crayons, markers, paint...whatever...get those thoughts out!
Good luck and take care of you!

The answer is obvious. When you are upset with someone
listen to music you hate and pictures of people you are upset with.
instead of listening to music, get in a room by yourself, get quiet and sit down. Close your eyes and breathe in as s-l-o-w and deep as you can. Then hold it, and let it out as s-l-o-w as you can. Do it 3 times and I promise, you will feel like a different person. ( and it sounds like you allow things to come into your mind. If you owe someone an apology, apologize. But, if this person(s) is a negative influence, resolve yourself to not let this person(s) in your life. ) You've got to get up off your butt, and start living for you. Quit listening to your old favorite songs. Find some new favorite songs. Is your music happy? or is it @#$%&*! ? What is "luvox" ?
I have said this to many people. Get a pet, they have been proven to decrease depression, lonliness and some other thing I forgot. As long as you don't get mad at the pet... on second thoughts. go for a long walk next time your angry.
It could be the kind of music your listening to... if it's emo or hip hop it would make me angry too.
i dont know what your question is...but no that doesnt sound strange.well, of course it sounds physco to some...but certainly not to me ;-) Yes its always a pain having to do these rituals,...i dont know what to suggest.perhaps you can try and change the music you listen to.toss out your old cds and grab some new ones...and when you start to fall into your rituals again grab some new music?
I dont know, it does it differently for some people...if your pissed off with someone i tend to get revenge.revenge is sweet;)
