Answers:
Anhedonia is pronounced:
An- as in the article "an",
-he-, as in the male pronoun,
-do-, as in a female deer,
-ni-, as in "knee",
-a, as in the article "a", when pronounced as "uh".
The accent is on the -do-.
This is a symptom, not a disorder. It is Greek for "without pleasure". It would be in a list of depressive symptoms as either just that or as "lack of pleasure in activities that usually bring pleasure". If one has enough other symptoms of depression such as low mood and low energy, then it is a symptom of depression, which is treated by some combination of psychotherapy and meds.
One might have it as an isolated symptom if you aren't doing things that make you happy, because you'd rather be doing something else with your life. Anhedonia by itself wouldn't be depression.
I've never met anyone who went their whole life without finding pleasure in something. I suppose it's possible, but I bet that's not you.
