effexor didn't do crap for me...i've been on prozac for a year and i don't know what i ever did with out it...maybe your doctor could change your medicine...or up your dosage.
Well I myself do not take the efexor but zoloft instead and it sounds as if it may be worsening. I would go back and talk to your doc and/or phsycologist to see what they think. Howeverm I have hypothyroidism and these symptoms you are talkign about are also symptoms of my thyroid not being under control. But all in all I would say check back and let whom ever is treating you for a proper diagnosis. Good Luck.
get the book overcoming depresion its a white book with bluewriting im not sure who the author is i dont have it wth m.but it helps a lot.you can get it in the self help ile
