Question:
Now that I'm reaching college age, there are of course many relationship opportunities coming at me. The problem is, I'm starting to realise I have a relationship phobia, that triggers my attacks. No matter how much I like a guy, or how right it feels, the second any kind of 'real' relationship is hinted, I freak out! And it is becoming VERY bothersome. I really want to be able to just have a relationship without having an attack, so I ask, are there any ways that I could begin to overcome my phobia, (besides the obvious and forcing myself to date, that's still too much of a step for me) Any advice?
Answers:
Hypnotherapy is probably one of the best ways to cure a phobia.

Good luck
There is HOPE!!
Go see a doctor and have him put you on some medications, which will help your anxiety. I am currently taking Klonopin and it works wonders for me. In addition to the Klonopin I am also on Prozac, which makes me more self confident, outgoing, etc.
