i am only 15, is this part of growing up?

Answers:
you might have a borderline personality disorder. you can think or feel one thing rationally, one emotionally, one intuitively. it was explained to me once by a psychologist. you should see a specialist. seeing and hearing things could be indicative of bpd too, maybe caused by hypersensitivity. you should definately talk to a doctor about it, preferably a specialist.
you are probably bipolar. talk to a doctor
It could be part of growing up or it could be something else. Tell your parents or your high school counselor right away. Whatever it is, understand that it isn't that you are wierd or anything else. Just make sure you get someone involved that will help you understand what is going on.
No this is not a normal part of growing up, and you should go in for a complete physical as soon as possible. Don't be afraid to confide in your parents because this is a very serius problem and you must see a doctor!!
Everyone experiences mood swings at some stage in their lives, the question is, is it within the realm of "normal"?

If you're not sure or your feelings are concerning you, speak to someone you trust about it, if that doesn't help, speak to your doctor, explain all the symptoms and see what he says.
when you see and hear things that aren't there, it's called a "hallucination"

I suggest (like other people have said) that the next time you see a doctor or a counselor (preferably make this soon) or your parents (tell them what you can tell them easily) talk to them about how you want to be helped

In the meantime, I suggest you
-spend more time outside, enjoying simple nothing, exercise
-have a good amount of time sleeping
-try to avoid things that might be stressing you
