Sleeping Disorder?
Question:
Answers:
possibly, no you shouldn't worry. it may be sleep apnea. If you are really concerned, go to a sleep clinic and get tested.
You say you are not excited, but yet you are terrified of sleeping in your own room. Depending on your age, I would recommend an over the counter sleep aid, if you are 18 yr. If not, try talking to your parents or friends. You can't take a class to get rid of the problem, but a psychologist might help.
See a Doc they will recommend something.
I think a lot of us have sleeping disorders. It is nothing out
of the ordinary. We have ''our quirks'' I'd say. I don't worry
so much about mine anymore.
I wake up in the middle of the night, and I get up and sleep
in my recliner awhile, then I'm fine.
Part of mine might be just lying flat on my back too.
Perhaps we don't ''rid ourselves of baggage'' of the day
or yesterday's stuff, either way, there's a basic reason for it.
Sometimes it might be major, and I used to worry about
the way I was but not anymore.
I don't sleep in the dark either. That's just my thing...
If I were you, I'd try to figure out what I was afraid of...
You just have to study yourself, and your routine and
your health.
Sometimes what we eat at night / evening can keep
us awake too.
You might need a blood pressure pill too.
Get a checkup too. Begin to ''eliminate'' what might
be causing it.
Try eating a lighter meal in the evening, and a good
lunch at noon.
Perhaps you just need someone to talk to, and that might
help possibly after 4:00 p.m. and not after 7 pm.
I had to change my habits and lifestyle, about a year or so
ago, and for me it wasn't to difficult, for I ''got tired'' of being
scared, and tired of the same feelings...
We can change, if we just make up our mind to do it.
I hope you can discover the ''base of your problem" and
can rest better.
Too Funny
Ive been on a similar scene. It is stress. We tend to get stressed and have sleeping / eating disorders. How is your personal life? Also, it might sound weird, but sometimes is the room itself. I sleep faster at hotel rooms rather than my own room. Last month I bought an orthopedic bed and I now sleep 3 times better. Maybe is just an enviromental situation.
GOOD LUCK AND SLEEP WELL!
