How come that happens?
Question:
Answers:
It is perfectly normal; nothing to see a doctor for. It happens to everyone to varying degrees. It happens in the state between wakefulness and sleeping just as the muscles get "paralyzed" for sleep. The more tired you are before falling asleep, the more severe the twitching is.
That may be a variation of that "Restless Leg Syndrome" It can actually happen to any muscles in the body. It's myoclonia, or some name like that. He can ask a doctor about it.
It may be the result of excessive drug use.
its just twitching. nearly everybody does it, but not everybody twitches so badly it wakes them up. its probably a reflex from the dream. he might not have a serious problem, but he should mention it to his doctor or something to see if there is any ways to treat it or make it less severe.
It's easily treated. He should see a doctor.
this can be either a reaction from the dreams your friend has or because his body reacts too seriously to his emotions. i have panic attacks and the same thing happens to me, only it's not as bad as it sounds.good luck.
I have that a lot. It's an OBE. Out of body experience.
