It could be that you are--people are getting "screen addiction"--that is, addicted to computer games, video games, tv--basically, anything with a screen. If you can't moderate the time that you spend online here, maybe it would be better for you to stop it altogether. Why don't you start by trying to just spend, say, one hour per day and then stop. If you can't, then stop altogether.

Yes, but only because I have a desk job and there is really nothing else to do. I don't do it at home at all.

Join the club I am ADDICTED to this site too. I come on in the early hours on the morning for like an hour or two then I am back on in the evenings. I love this site. In fact I used to send my days on another site, but now that site is on the back burner. LOL
