No, you're just thinking how stupid you were to have been taking it. but don't worry we all make bad choices in life. just stay away from all drugs and when you have a desire to do it again think about last time.
Theres many forms of depression. or another thing is you may just be bored with things. go out and do somethign new. i use to smoke and do a handful of other drugs, when i quit, it was hard and my body went through alot of shock. give it time.. see how things pan out and another thing is find someone that u can confide in and just talk to if you have things on your mind... that may help to. if you need n e thing else let me know and if it gets worse, make an appointment, theres nothing wrong with having depression, i know from experience... theres tons of everyday random people that are on meds for it and you would never even guess they have it. good luck
Marijuana is psychologically addictive, but other than that it has no serious short term effects. If you're starting to feel like you need marijuana to keep you functioning, then yes I suggest you stop, but if you just feel depressed, then it's likely you do have depression.
If I were in your shoes, I would definitely stop smoking. Whether it is the cause of your depression or not, it has tons of negative impacts on your body and mind. After quitting, wait one or two months. If by then you don't feel better, make an appointment with a therapist. Love yourself. Do not ruin your life with any kind of drugs.

First, good call for puttin' down the weed. ( your at a tough age where you have alot of pressures and decisions to make.college,girls, etc. ) If it last too long look into getting on a good SSRI, it's a depression/anxiety medication, from your doctor. They work really well and can help get through the tough times. Just remember, you will feel better eventually.
You might be experiencing withdrawal symptoms, but do not go back to smoking marijuana, seek medical attention if your problems continue.
