Go to a hospital that has a psych ward and ask to be admitted. Call your doc and ask him to get you admitted someplace. Either way you have to go get treatment. Help is out there but you sound like you need inpatient treatment.
see a therapist...
try working at home, get a home job!!
Find a church where you feel comfortable. There are many which will help you with friendship and material things. Good luck!
Immediate help...Go to a church for food...maybe some other help too. Secondly...get a job and then sighn yourself into a psyc ward... notify them you needs help and that job is not allowed to fire you in most states...Since you have a computer.deep breath and look up care facilities for yourself locally or nearby that can truly assist you.care and post care (possibly with a fitting job)
Have you tried to apply for disability? That usually is a long process but it is a way to have some income eventually. You may have to work in a job the best you can. you may also have to apply for welfare and medicaid to see you through.
hey man, i am 21, i suffer from the same thing, i havent had a job in over a year now, almost two years, i just can handle it, but
right now i am getting money from wellfare, i dont know what you have in the usa, but if you go and talk to the wellfare and financial help people they will get you some cash.
see mine is so bad that i cant even go to a therapist, i do it all over the phone, i hardly ever leave my house. i dont go out, i have no friends, my dad is an asshole about it all the time, becuase im 21 i live at home, sit in my room all day, it sucks, i mean i have grown accustom to it and i like it now but, i mean i have little money all the time and stuff, but there are programs that can help, go see a doctor and then apply for social aid. i dont know what its like in the usa, but in canada, you can go on a disabled persons claim for this sort of thing and you will still have money.
its almost as much as a regular paycheck i think.
Try applying for disability. I have had a lot of people i knew get out of the army because of this condition. Just go down to social works and apply, you might have to bring your medical records but hey, it is a start.
See anxiety and depression treatments, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris... on pages 6, and 2 (free, effective treatments: many support groups). Volunteer, even from home, at first. Maybe try temping.
You have to see a therapist. I suffered from Serious anxiety, and OCD. I see mine twice a month, and it's helped. I used to not be able to hold jobs either.
You have to take control, because no one can make it go away, you can blame your job loss on your condition, but ultimately it's your fault and you have be willing to try to get better.
I used to be just like you.
I just wanted 2 wish u the best - n i noticed the answers here were so nice n understanding - just wanted 2 give u a star ...

Anxiety can be a tough difficult issue to manage as the anxiety itself forces you to avoid uncomfortable situations that treatment often will include.
First get yourself on medication, and do not run out. Plan a head and refill when you get to a two week supply. See your therapist,t regularly, even a few times a week. If additional support is needed he or she will be able to put you into contact with a support group or network in your area. Just ask.
Exercise and get out. Exercise does wonders for the mental condition. Is there are sport that you enjoy playing, or an outdoor activity you find fun? Well do it. Most cities will have city run adult intramural leagues, as well as a number of clinics and classes to get you involved in something fun and meet new people.
You really have to push yourself when it comes to anxiety. You really do have to learn to step out of your comfort zone a little. Just take care and get aggressive with your treatment.
