I just started taking Cymbalta yesterday. I don't know the answers to your questions, but I am hoping it helps me get out of my depression. My doctor gave it to me and said it will help me not cry and have panic attacks all the time. I think it is helping some after 2 days, but I still have a lot of stress to deal with.

You can go ahead and take the dose that you missed.

I didn't notice anything if I was late taking it. I'd take it RIGHT AWAY.
