How can I pull off an effective all nighter?


Question:
I know that it is horrible for my health, but the summer is coming to an end, and I need to finish my assignments for next school year by later this month.

I can't work on them during the day, since I have to go to work, and I get home late at night. I constantly stay up, and I am willing to try other methods of staying up, including drugs, only stimulants, not amphetamines. Can anyone help?

Answers:
I work nights, so believe me when I tell you that this is possible. If you only want to use stimulants, then drink energy drinks. I personally chose the suger free No Fear brand. I suggest sugar free because you crash when its burned out of your system. It takes a few days. Dont drink anything with caffiene or any other stimulant at least 4 hours before you need to go to sleep. When you do sleep make sure the room is either completely dark, or get one of those eye covers, or both. Sleep far at least 6 hours. If you keep doing this, then staying up at night is pretty much the same as staying up during the day.
careful with stimulants, as they can oftentimes lead to cardiac arrythmias. i normally go with a steady flow of caffeine (coffee, tea) with the occasional no-doze. use as directed of course
my advice is to take a day off work instead and do your assignment then.or set aside time at the weekend when you won't be disturbed.

At college I took lots of pro-plus tablets to keep me awake, but then couldn't sleep so I combined them with sleeping tablets of an evening.

It took over 4 years to get my sleeping pattern back to how it should be.

These things are intended for short-term use only.

Perhaps the best thing to do is to speak to your doctor and ask him!
